Mmmmmmm - Mountain Jambalaya

One of Dave's new favorites is Mountain Jambalaya.   I combined a number of recipes to come up with this one!   It makes a bunch so I freeze it in freezer bags.   I put enough for one meal (for the two of us) in each bag and shazam!   Thaw it out, make some rice and there ya go.
