The fab loft floor!
Some time ago I got 200 sq. ft. of new oak flooring for free. It was just what we needed for the floor in the loft (there was icky carpeting over not much with the result being that dust, etc. feel through to the first floor). This week, Dave started putting the floor down. It will be stained the color of the wood paneling.
The postage stamp quilt window treatment
So I finally finished the postage stamp curtain for the big window to block the late day sun. I have to say it looks good, but the addition of the art on either side really makes the wall. The method of hanging the curtain (which is a quilt) and the pictures are all Dave.
